Until 30 September, the Hotel Parco Torre Chia was part of the Chia Laguna Resort. Since 1 October 2011, the hotel management has reported directly to the owners. The mission of the Hotel Parco Torre Chia is to improve the hotel’s standards, consolidating existing relationships with its loyal clients and focusing in particular on client satisfaction.

During the winter months, while the hotel is closed, refurbishment work will be carried out, including the opening of a new à la carte restaurant, a new kids’ restaurant and a mini club. The hotel’s beauty centre will also be renovated.

Torre Chia Tanca S’Isca restaurant.The buffet restaurant for breakfast and dinner is 

reserved for hotel guests. It offers a perfect view of the central pool and Torre di Chia.

Garden Restaurant.Our à la carte restaurant in a natural garden setting. (Near the pool)

Pizzeria.The pool bar serves all the main kinds of pizza and fresh salads.

Kids’ restaurant. The buffet area is just for children, with kids’ size tables and chairs and special menu.

Golf: the Hotel Parco Torre Chia management has an agreement with the Is Molas Golf Club (27-hole course) giving hotel guests access to the Golf Club and use of all the facilities and courses. Hotel Parco Torre Chia guests will enjoy special reduced rates.

The hotel has 234 rooms / cottages, each with its own private patio or terrace. All the rooms have air conditioning and bathroom with shower. Some of the bathrooms have a bathtub.

Hotel "La Sorgente" is located by the sea in a quiet residential area in the heart of Savelletri (Fasano). A characteristic fishing village, Savelletri is also known for its little port and for its incredibly long and spectacularly beautiful rocks that donates a peaceful atmosphere and at the same time remains very close to the principal attractions of the Region. The seaside areawhich stretches in front of the hotel is for clients only. You can relax and sunbathe either on the solarium right by the sea furnished with sunbeds and beach umbrellas, or on the open-terrace directly by the sea. There is also a nice garden and a large car park.

The restaurant.

The restaurant is open daily for a self-service breakfast. For the food-lover's, a wide range selection of delicious regional and national cuisine is also available. Additionally, the room-restaurant is open for small ceremonies and culinary events.

All 42 rooms are equipped with air    conditioning, satellite television, shower, hair dryer, minibar, safety box and direct dial telephone. Recently refurbished in a contemporary style the hotel has a 24 hour reception and a breakfast room serving a continental buffet breakfast. The hotel prides itself on being the only 4 stars hotel directly by the sea in Savelletri with a new swimming pool filled with sea water, now available to complement the outdoor facilities. A golf course with 18 holes (not belonging to the hotel) is a short distance away.

 In the masserias we believe in researching the local environment for natural materials, we believe in the km zero philosophy, we always collaborate with local farms from were to choose the best local Murgia lamb and podolic beef, the chickens and turkeys, the Masserias were they make the best cheeses; burrata, canestrato, caciocavallo.

We have a network of people that looks for the wild materials such as: porcini and cardoncelli mushrooms, wild asparagus and snails, myrtle, wood berries and many more. The nearby fishing village of Savelletri offers the best of  fish of the day: scampi and violte shrimps, red tuna,snappers,monfish and turbots, seafood and local spiny lobsters.

Above all the fruits and vegetables produced in our estate.
