Your 1st day
Our
staff will welcome in Turin or Milan airport and after check-in in the
Hotel "Boscoreto Resort & Spa", located on a perched village
just in the heart of Langhe, candidate to became Unesco World Heritage,
you will relax in the local SPA, with breathking views of the vineyards
hills.
Enjoy
a welcome wine-tasting gourmet dinner in Michelin starred restaurant,
discover the local gastronomy and celebrate wines of Langhe region.

Your
2nd day
After
breakfast at the Hotel, we will introduce Langhe wines: in order to let
you better know their history and background we organize a full day
experience starting from the vineyard, where the guide will explain the
different type of production, how the climate and soil influence the
aroma as well as the taste of the wine and start the practice of the
wine tasting.
The
visit of the cellar and the class held by a wine master will continue
with a gourmet lunch accompanied by different type of wines, each closen
to mach the dish.
If requested and time allowed, we can propose two options for the afternoon:
Barolo,
La Morra and Roddi hamlest visit, with their narrow streets and small
churches, sceneries of incomparable beauty, balconies stretched on the
Langhe and on the Alps that offers an unparalleled and superb spectacle.
Half
of the Piedmont stretches out in front of the visitor in an endless
procession of hills dotted with villages, castles, and towers emerging
from the vineyards.
Wimu,
the innovative Wine Museum located in Falletti Casle in Barolo village,
where you will learn about the culture of the wine (history, tradition,
etc.) through a multi-sensory experience path. The Museum's exhibition
space and its interior design have been conceived by Francois Confino,
one of the most highly regarded museum designers in the world.
A
romantic dinner will end you first wine dedicated tour, with an
incomparable moment in a small, private restaurant where the local,
fresh tasteful food and the hospitality of the people add to the appeal.

Your
3rd day
Transfer
to Pollenzo the historical roman Pollentia, founded in II century bc,
have a walk around the village where, thanks to support of Slow food
Movement in 2004 opened the unique International University of
Gastronomic Scienze, where student from all over the world research and
work on renewing farming methods, protecting biodiversity, and building
an organic relationship between gastronomy and agricultural science.
Visit the "Banca del vino" (Wine Bank) and have a wine tasting in
this over two thousand square meters prestigious storage and refinement
for the best wines of Italy. In the same time you will be introduced to a
innovetive museum of Italian wine, offering visitors the chance to
discover Italian oenological heritage and to taste the wines from some
of the Italian most prestigious wineries.
Lunch
will be in an historical mansion transformed in an intimate hotel where
guests can recover the flavour and the charm of antique atmosphere and,
at the same time, enjoy all the modern comforts.
We
dedicate the afternoon for the discover one of the most known wineries
in the Barbaresco area, along the right bank of the River Tanaro
followed by an exclusive, rpivate wine tasting workshop directly in the
Nebbiolo vineyard, where you can enjoy the sunset view on the hills and
the glamorous natural and unique environment.
Dinner
will in a Michelin starred restaurant, where you will enjoy fine food
and wines along with a stunning view of Langhe's hills.

Your 4th day
Today
you will experience the beauty of Italy from a unique perspective: an
extraordinary adventure by flying over the Langhe region with a hot air
balloon, having the privilege to enjoy a VIP flight with the best
comfort and a private service.
A paradise for photographers, the hot air balloon is a perfect plattform for aerial photography.
After this magic experience, you will have a typical local brunch with fresh products and old receipts directly from the farmer.
In
the afternoon, you will enjoy the excellence of the Italian lifestyle
through vintage cars and sports cars with a memorable driving tour
through the outline of imposing medieval fortresses, precious trasures
scattered on the hills, fortresses of sandstone and aristocratic palaces
that tell us the history of noble families and violent conflicts.
In
the magic and prestigious Grinzane Castle location, you will enjoy
outstanding service, setting, value and cuisine prepared with passion,
staying true to the regional, seasonal food and excellent wine list.

In a private restored residence, in a small town where life moves
slowly and where you can feel to be living in a rural and paesant past
you qill have the unique opportunity to learn about Piedmont gourmet
cuisine with a half day cooking class with great chefs, incredibile food
and wine, truffles and much more...
The lunch that follow is delicious and accompanied by excellent local wine.
Afternoon will be totally dedicated to Alba, once called the "One
hundred Towers Town", famous for the International White Truffle Fair
which occurs each year in October. Stroll through the historic centre,
time at leisure for some shopping along the Via Maestra.
A small dining room, obtained from the adjoining wine cellar,
looking very simple and sober will be the location for a traditional
dinner, where two generation of chefs will offer homemade food and
self-produced wines.

Your 6th day
Option 1: Serravalle Scrivia Outlet shopping day
We will then move to the nearby town of Serravalle Scrivia to
spend the whole day shopping in the Designer Outlet with about 170
shops. You may find famous brands like Rifle, Benetton, Villeroy
& Boch, Marina Yachting, Henry Cotton's, Mandarina Duck,
Samsonite, Cotton Belt, Calvin Klein, Guess, Sergio Tacchini, Levi's
Strauss, Dockers, Diesel, Nike, Pinko, Invicta, Cacharel, Genny,
Trussardi, Versace, Dolce & Gabbana, Etro, Gilli, Coccinelle,
Fiorucci, and others.
Dinner in a typical Asti's tavern, where you can taste donkey meat cooked in a unique way!
Option 2: Truffle workshop
Taking part to a Truffle hunting with a long experienced trifulau
and truffle dogs that sniffs and runs about in the bushes, then learning
more about this unique perfume for the gourmands' nose - how to choose
it, how to better appreciate it, how to keep it and what's its usage in
cuisine.
In the afternoon you will visit
Cherasco, a fascinating town which it is easy to fall in love with it at
first sight, as did Napoleon. After admiring its palaces, the Visconteo
Castle, its churches, and after completing the building of the
bastions on the remains of the 16th century walls, he called the town
the "most beautifull spot in Italy".
The
city's speciality are snails, and it is no coincidence that Cherasco is
recognized as the Italian capital of snail farming (heliculture) and has
been the home of the International Institute of Heliculture for the
last 30 years.
Dinner in a typical
restaurant where you can taste many dishes prepared with snails that
particularly matches with the wines produced in the area.
